Recently we’ve updated the live chat system to answer customer inquiries more quickly and efficiently.
If the agent you were speaking to is not online and your matter is urgent, you can just start another chat and one of our online agents will take the chat in the earliest possible time. They can also access your old and currently ongoing tickets, so you can pick up right where the ticket left off.
To open a new chat, you can click on the ‘back’ icon in your chat.
Here you will be able to view your previous or past conversations, or start a new chat.
The chat will be available 24/7, but while this is a work in progress, keep in mind that even if no agents are available, we will get your message and reply as soon as possible. In these cases it is extra important to make sure, the agent has your email address available to reach out to you later.
