Email Automation Reports: How Can I See Individual Email Reports for Automation Series?

There are two ways how to access individual email reports in automation series.

Automation series editing mode

You can access report preview while editing the activated/deactivated automation series. To do that you need to go to the Automation section and click on the edit icon at the end of the existing automation block. The edit icon will be under three points.

Then you will be redirected to automation editing mode.

On the upper right corner, you will see a link Show statistics that will enable report preview for each email in the automation series. You will see Messages sent, Open rate and Click rate.

You can access more detailed reports of emails in the automation series by choosing Reports from the Automation section dropdown. 

Then click on the automation series you are interested in. You will be redirected to a detailed automation report page. Scroll down and you will see Advanced open statistics

By clicking on each email you will be redirected to the detailed reports page of that email.

Note: You can also edit the current automation series by clicking on the Edit Workflow button.

There you will see how many people are in the flow, how many have passed this email, what is average open, click, bounce and unsubscribe rate. You will also have a date range picker to sort out reports for a specific period.

You will also see a chart for the report and reports on specific devices and browsers that your subscribers use and also their geo-location.

Email Delivery Report

In addition to the regular open, click, bounce and unsubscribe reports an Email Delivery tab shows a list of all emails that have been sent, delivered and bounced in one view. So you can see who exactly has received the automated message within a certain workflow.
