The Sub-User: I Didn't Receive A Sub-account Invitation, What Should I Do?

If the invitation email is still not in your inbox there are several actions that can be done to resolve the situation.

You can contact your main Account Manager or Owner of the account and check if the email is typed in correctly. If it is not, then ask the manager to send the invitation one more time.
