Every client that signs up for an account with us must first approve their sender email and then undergo account verification. This enables us to make sure your email is valid, and keeps spammers from using our system and hurting legitimate companies who trust us to send their email and SMS campaigns.
Before you can send any emails or SMS messages, your account must be verified.

Email verification is required after signing up for an account. We will send an activation email with a link that you must click on to approve your email address.
There may be occasions when you don't receive the activation email with the confirmation link after signing up for your account. For more information about why this might happen (and what you can do about it), see the support topic I Haven't Received an Activation Email

When you are creating your first campaign and you've reached the 5th step, a pop-up message will appear:
We recommend completing the verification questionnaire right away. So, this is where you hit the Click here button.
You will now be redirected to our verification questionnaire:
Provide as much information as possible
Don't forget to confirm that the information that you provide is true and click on the Submit questionnaire button.
We will review the questionnaire answers to determine if your account should be verified. The time it takes to review the questionnaire depends on how accurately the questionnaire was answered.
Make sure you have created a contact list with accurate permission reminder information and a draft email campaign with the actual content you are planning to send to your subscribers.
Once your account has been verified by us, you will be able to send out email campaigns.
If you haven't heard from us within 24h, just connect with us on live chat or email us. Usually, you will hear from our team within a couple of hours if we have some questions regarding your account.
