Every client that signs up for an account within our system must first approve sender email and then undergo account verification. This enables us to make sure your email is existing and keeping the spammers from using our system and hurting the legitimate companies who employ the system to send an email and SMS messages.
Before you can send any emails or SMS messages, your account must be verified.
Email verification goes as follows:
- Email verification is required after signing up for an account. We will send an activation email with a link that you must click on to approve your email address.
- There may be occasions where you don't receive the activation email after registration from us with the confirmation link. For more information about why this might happen (and what you can do about it), see the support topic, “I Haven't Received an Activation Email.”
Account verification goes as follows:
- When you remit your first invoice for our service, you will be required to fill out a verification questionnaire. We will review the questionnaire answers to determine if your account should be verified. The time it takes to review the questionnaire depends on how accurately the questionnaire was answered.
- Make sure you have created a contact list with accurate permission reminder information and a draft email campaign with the actual content you are planning to send to your subscribers.
Once your account has been verified by us, you will be able to send out email campaigns.
